LIBR-295 Circulation Systems
Identification and evaluation of various charging systems, both historical and current. Examination of circulation procedures for print and nonprint materials as well as circulation desk routines, such as charging, discharging, overdues, fines, holds, renewals, and registration. Related activities, such as shelving, statistics, scheduling, inventory, procedure manuals, and simple book repair are also included. Security issues are discussed.
